Bespoke design is something we genuinely relish. Every commission is different — the challenge of turning a customer's idea into a real, wearable piece is what the craft is about.
Customers often come in with iPhone pictures or a rough sketch, and that's more than enough to work from. We'll give you honest advice on what's achievable within your budget, provide a clear written estimate, and make the piece entirely to order.
We work in all precious metals and can source virtually any stone — from certified diamonds to unusual coloured gems. If it can be made, we can make it.

The Process
How a commission works

Tell us your idea
Bring whatever you have — an iPhone photo, a magazine clipping, a rough sketch on the back of an envelope. We've worked from all of them. If you have nothing concrete, that's fine too: a conversation is enough to start.

We work it up in wax
Before a single gram of metal is used, we model the piece in wax. You can see it, hold it, check the proportions, and ask for changes. Nothing goes into production until you're completely happy.

Cast and crafted
The wax model is cast into your chosen metal and finished by hand in our workshop. If the piece is stone-set, we source the best match within your brief and budget — and you can approve the stone before it goes in.

Yours to keep
We present the finished piece with a full description, hallmark details, and an insurance valuation. Anything we make is covered by our lifetime service — resizing, re-tipping, re-polishing, for as long as you own it.

Got jewellery sitting unworn in a drawer?
We can redesign old pieces into something new. Whether it's a ring you've inherited, a pendant you've grown out of, or a collection of loose stones, we'll assess what you have and suggest what could be made from it.
We also buy scrap gold. If you have broken jewellery or old pieces you simply don't want, bring them in and we'll make you an offer.
